While everyone else is posting about wafting spring blossoms and beckoning garden plots, we are solidly hunkered down, enduring one of the last (we hope) of the season's miserably wet, cold, and wintry blizzards.
Luckily I have some very satisfying knitting close at hand. I'm just getting ready to add the second sleeve to the Tealeaves cardigan, which I am knitting in Tosh Merino yarn.
In Dried Rose no less.
I'm afraid my little point-and-shoot camera simply cannot do justice to the lovely shade and texture of this yarn, the exact colour of... you guessed it... dried roses.
Even Mr Mylo can patiently wait out winter in this scene.
