I am up and at 'em long before dawn every single morning: rain or shine, work or play. I try to be quiet for everyone, but it's tough to tippy toe around for hours before the rest of the house starts to stir.
It's not that I can't sleep... it's that I can't sleep in. No matter how late or early I go to bed, my circadian rhythm takes over, too deeply entrenched for me to fight. So, I find myself quietly baking, knitting, painting, sewing... long before daylight hits the Canadian winter sky.
But never cleaning for some reason... no, never that ;)
with so many better things to do???? me, neither….cleaning is always pretty far down the list!!!

I too am a lark not an owl. I hate oversleeping which happens very rarely but if it happens I find it puts the whole day out! whereas getting up early and being busy always gets the day off to a good start! Enjoy every early moment! E x

I must admit that I find it hard to get up when it's still properly dark outside for another couple of hours as first thing I like to take the dog for a long walk, which needs at least a glimmer of daybreak.

Oh me too - but instead of embracing it, I fight it until it drives me insane!

Cleaning would be much too noisy that early!

If only I too had this problem! But I am an owl.
Lovely to see you back here :)
